By placing an order on Chantarell, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These guidelines are here to make sure everyone has clear expectations about how we do business together. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, so please check back from time to time.

When you place an order, we collect certain personal information like your name, address, and email, so we can get your goodies to you safely and keep you updated on your order status. 3. Payments

We offer several ways for you to complete your purchase, Klarna credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc. Payment is due at the time of your order, and we’ll take care of everything on our end as soon as the payment is confirmed. If there’s an issue with your payment, we’ll be in touch!


4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! We process and ship your items as soon as possible and delivery times vary depending on where you’re located. Be sure to provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays. Please note that Chantarell isn’t responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect shipping information.


5. Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. You can return your item within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Hygiene items are not possible to return. Please reach out to us at chantarell@outlook.com to arrange your return. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. 50 SEK shipping fee will be added. 


6. Liability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and quality products. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors or issues that may arise from circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.


7. Force Majeure

Sometimes life throws curveballs—things like natural disasters, strikes, or even global pandemics can cause delays or disruptions beyond anyone’s control. If something like that happens, we won’t hold you or us responsible. We’ll do our best to keep you updated if any of these events affect your order.

If you ever have a problem or a question about your order, please contact us directly so we can work together to find a solution.
